At the moment we are updating the software for processing of the library fund, which will provide:

• Registration of the monographic and periodic publications and other informative and documentary library materials;
•  IT links between the publications and the other documents registered in the integrated system enabling advanced search of the library fund;
•  Registration of the users, with a possibility for electronic application submission by the users;
• Registration of every loan of the library material, registering the identification number of the publication for every user, as well as the dates for the start and expiration of the loan;
• Access and control of the uploaded data;
• Possibility for access to the current and periodical reports and analyses for the members, and to information about the work of the library;
• Back-up of data, i.e. the process can be activated in a period of chose or in a previously defined period.
